Step 3: Get Started!
- Our meal plan subscription service comes with a weekly done-for-you grocery list, complete nutrition information per serving and per day, and full-color photos of each recipe.
- Meal plans are plant-based and kosher, delivered to your email inbox every week.
- You get ongoing text support from one of our licensed dietitians in your own private, HIPAA-protected online portal for check-in’s, Q&A, and suggestions.
- You’ll rate your meal plan at the end of every month — and provide your exact specifications for the month ahead!
- You may cancel at anytime.
